Stade Pierre Duboeuf – Bron, France

Continuing with the venues of this summers World Masters Athletics Championships, today I have the track at Stade Pierre Duboeuf. This is one of four tracks that is being used for these championships. It is kind of a secondary facility for the meet, hosting just a few age groups for a few field events. All women’s 10,000m races will be run here though, along with all men’s 5,000 races. This track one also has a newer surface. The new one though is no longer red, but an awesome looking two-tone blue with alternating land colors. It was installed in the fall of 2012. Looks great!
