The next stop on the tour of Big East tracks is Georgetown University. And like DePaul yesterday, the Hoyas don’t have a track on campus either. Kehoe Track was their home, before it was removed in 2002. So now the teams practice at nearby Duke Ellington Track and Field. Upon first look, I thought that something seemed a little off with this photo. The curves look really huge. No, the straights are really short. Wait, the corners of the football field are marked on the track. As is turns out, this is a 320m track, and it only has four lanes! Needless to say, they do not host meets here.
