Baiona Track – Baiona, Galicia, Spain

I have another “rectangle” track to post today. This time however, it comes from Spain. Twitter user Gaby Andersen let me know about this one from the coastal town of Baiona. The track is less than 300m from the Atlantic ocean, and is right in the center of town. Like yesterday’s rooftop track, this one also has three lanes. This facility was clearly designed with soccer in mind, but it’s nice to have a track surface to run on around it, even though it’s not a standard track.
