I have one more track to post from South Africa, and this one is found at Johannesburg Stadium. This is a multi-purpose stadium, but was built specifically for athletics, which is really nice. Notice the red track surface that goes all the way to, and under, the west grandstand, as well as a walkway at both ends. They have two, double-wide sandpits between the 10-lane main straight and the bleachers. For the throws, they have a circle in each of the four corners of the infield. The full track has nine lanes with an interior water barrier. And to top it all off, they have the second, warm-up track outside the stadium. The stadium has also been the site of several major concerts over the years.
