The next college track in Minnesota is located more in the middle of the state and is on the campus of St. John’s University. The Johnnies have been calling Clemens Stadium home since 1908. Looking at the stadium’s history, it appears that they had a cinder track here until 1997. This is a great stadium and track, located in the woods. The photo above must have been taking in the fall during football season, because of the temporary bleachers located inside on the north end. It’s hard to tell but the high jump is located behind, along with a runway for the pole vault. The rest of the field events are outside the 8-lane track.
