It’s back to the Minnesota college tracks today. This time we’re on the campus of Gustavus Adolphus College, with yet another newer facility in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference. The Soccer & Track Complex opened in 2000. It has nine lanes and a Mondo surface. There are also multiple options for field events here, with most being on the outside of the track. There are even additional runways for the pole vault and the long/triple jumps that are perpendicular to each other. This allows the choice of having the best wind conditions for meets and practice. The Gusties hosted two meets here this season. You can view some photos of the Lee Krough Invitational on their flickr page.
