Estadi Municipal Joan Serrahima – Barcelona, Spain

Barcelona1This week on The Amazing Race, the four remaining teams flew from Barcelona to London at the start of this leg of the race.  After doing some searching, I found quite a few tracks in the Barcelona area alone.  Today I’m posting the one found at Estadi Municipal Joan Serrahima.  This stadium is located on the western end of what looks to be a large sports complex.  Olympic Stadium is found on the opposite end, with multiple different facilities in between, including a third track.  This stadium was built in 1969, and was last renovated in 1983.  Even though it’s an older facility, it still looks nice.  There is room for all field events in the inside of the track, which is typical for European tracks.
