The featured track today is found right on the Mediterranean, literally. The track at Saida International Stadium is built on an area that had to be filled in, in order for it to fit, and it’s right next to the sea. You can’t get any closer than that! While you can’t really tell from the Bing photo, this is actually a top-loading stadium (except for the one area of seating with the roof). You walk in at the top, and the track and the field are down below. The facility is also used for soccer and opened in 2000. It can hold up to 22,600 spectators. This whole facility has a very cool look to it, is definitely different than most, as is it’s location. I really like this one!
